We understand the difficulties of
shopping via the web and will fully refund the
purchase price on any product if contacted with
a return request within 10 days of product delivery.
Prior to returning any products please contact
us and provide the following:
- Order
number (listed on the invoice)
- Customer
name
- Reason
for returning product
Avacha Bay cannot
accept returns or process refunds:
- On
maps that have been previously mounted and
display staple holes, push-pin holes or any
other alteration.
- On
items that are returned in damaged condition
due to improper packaging by the customer.
Once the product(s)
have been received, Avacha Bay Co. will issue
a company check refunding the cost of the product(s).
Refund processing may take up to 2 weeks.
Note: Delivery cost
